Message from the Advisory Council
The youth of Roundu represent one of the region’s greatest strengths and most valuable resources. Their energy, talent, creativity, and commitment have the potential to contribute significantly to the social, educational, cultural, and developmental progress of our community.
Tehreek-e-Nojawanan Roundu (TNR) was established to provide a constructive, inclusive, and non-partisan platform through which young people can learn, serve, lead, and contribute positively to society.
This Governance Handbook brings together the foundational documents that guide the organisation, including its Constitution, Vision, Mission, Manifesto, Leadership Framework, and Code of Conduct.
The purpose of this handbook is not merely to regulate organisational affairs but to cultivate a culture of responsible leadership, ethical conduct, community service, and institutional continuity.
We encourage all members, volunteers, office-bearers, and advisors to uphold these principles and contribute towards building a stronger, more informed, and more united Roundu.
