The governance structure of Tehreek-e-Nojawanan Roundu (TNR) is designed to ensure effective leadership, accountability, representation, and community participation at all organisational levels.
Governance Tiers
Advisory CouncilADC
The strategic advisory and oversight body of TNR.
Ethics and Grievances CommitteeEGC
Addresses ethical, disciplinary, and grievance matters fairly and confidentially.
Central Executive CommitteeCEC
The principal executive body of TNR.
Union Council CommitteesUCC
Represent TNR at the Union Council level.
Village CommitteesVGC
The grassroots structure of TNR.
General Membership and Volunteers
Members who do not hold elected or appointed positions serve as Volunteers of TNR.
Reporting Lines and Coordination Framework
The governance framework of TNR shall operate through a structured system of reporting, coordination, and institutional oversight.
- Village Committees shall report to their respective Union Council Committees.
- Union Council Committees shall coordinate with and report to the CEC.
- The CEC shall serve as the principal executive body.
- The ADC shall coordinate with the CEC and, where necessary, UCC on matters relating to governance and guidance.
